Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition.

Please note:

• Finished macramé pieces may be returned or exchanged.

• Macramé kits can be returned only if all materials are unopened and unused.

• Custom or personalised orders are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can make it right. We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• We recommend using tracked postage to ensure the item arrives safely.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
